Art + Yoga (Ages 6-10)

Mondays 4-5pm

We're blending art and yoga to create a calming and joyful multi-sensory experience! Your child will begin with a grounding yoga practice including focused breathing, play, storytelling and balance. We'll end our practice lying down in savasana and transition to art-making on our mats. Paints, pens, journals and more will be used to expand upon a theme, visualization or prompt from our yoga practice.
